The costumer service was great, i had changed my mind on the color of the vail a few times and they were completely patient and able to change the order. Once i received it, it was absolutely beautiful it matched my dress the detail was incredible. I really couldn't believe something so beautiful be ordered online and arrive in a mailbox. The price wow, seriously it relieved me it was a great deal. I was very satisfied and happy with my vail everyone complemented it and the wedding pictours came out great!

I ordered this veil and received it within less than a week. I'm very happy with the customer service and delivery process.
As for the veil, for the price I paid this is as good as can be expected with a lovely ivory colour (not yellowy like some can be) and beautiful sequin and beading detail on the edges. Due to packaging and transport the veil is very creased but I'm sure it will be fine after a steam. The comb wasn't stitched and fell off very quickly but that can be stitched back or replaced with a nicer comb with pearls etc.
All in all a very happy customer.
