i brought this mp4 player for my 13 year old daughter and for the price of it its great it keeps her happy and i had no complaints about it

Received the item very quickly, but wasn't working at all (didn't start, even after a full charging).
Sent a mail to customers service : no RMA, but a full refund.
I decided to buy another item, so I'm still very confident with this website.

Mp3/4 player was cute. It was smaller than I expected but worked great.

I purchased this mp3 - mp4 player and I've been using it a lot ever since. I've been able to download mp-3 files but not mp-4 yet though. It brings (a DEMO) in a .amv format. So far I haven't been able to make it to play any conventional mp4 format. I use a program called "you tube downloader" and non of the format the software is able to convert seems to be the right one. I tried WMV, AVI, MPEG-4 etc,etc.and nothing. I'm trying get an AMV CONVERTER to see what happens. Sound quality is PERFECT for the size. Battery last about 2-3 hours but I got a solar charger and use it in conjunction with it. Buy it! I'd give it four stars out of five.
