Q: How far in advance should I order my wrap?
A: A: Please allow 9-16 business days for your Made-to-Measure wrap to arrive. Each wrap must be tailored before it can be shipped to you, so delivery times are slightly longer for these special items. For full details, see our shipping information
Q: Can I return or cancel the wrap if I change my mind?
A:Once we've begun tailoring, our fabrics and materials cannot be reused, and so a special cancellation and return policy applies to these special items. There is still flexibility to return or cancel in certain situations, but it's important to order carefully. See our Return and Cancelation Policy for full details.
Q: Can I order this wrap in a different style/fabric/length?
A:Each wrap is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way. Q: Will my wrap exactly match the color I see on your website?

This jacket / bolero was extremely well made. I ordered one size up from what I would typically order and the size was perfect. My jacket however took a lot longer to arrive than I had anticipated and I was starting to worry that this wasn't a legitimate site. But I'm pleased to say that's not the case. I definitely recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before you need it. Excellent value for money too!

What a perfect addition to my simple dress!
The weather had just turned cool much earlier than expected, so I ordered this at the very last minute.
(I would have frozen at the reception!)
The look was exactly what I wanted, the tailoring was lovely, and the fabiric was an identical match to my dress.
Plus, it arrived almost immediately... Stylish, elegant, and a perfect fit!

It is beautiful! I only wish I bought the long sleeves one instead..v cold now!
It was a size too small..but it arrived much earlier than expected so I had time to fix it..

nice little jacket, well made but collar doesn't stick up like shown in picture which was a bit disappointing. also had to pay extra £20.09 for tax to have it in UK. This made the jacket quite a bit more expensive than I originally thought. Don't think the added tax is made clear enough before purchase :-(
