A:Once we've begun tailoring, our fabrics and materials cannot be reused, and so a special cancellation and return policy applies to these special items. Q: Can I order this wrap in a different style/fabric/length?
A:Each wrap is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way. I bought this to go with a ball gown I had purchased from the site in grape colour. It was easy to order (I had opted for made to measure), easy to track, delivery status etc was easy to view and was delivered very quickly.
When it arrived and I tried it on with the dress it fit beautifully and the colour matched the dress perfectly, cannot fault the workmanship.
The attached photo is of it hanging up with my dress.
Will definitely be using this site again for future balls and events.

Product delivered on time and was well made and carefully packaged so arrived in good condition. I knew I was taking a chance with the colour being the same as on screen and it turned out to be a bit more purple than on the website but for the price it was worth a try and I will use it for other outfits as it is nicely made.

I ordered the satin special occasion jacket in pearl pink to match a charcoal gray and pearl pink gown. The jacket arrived quickly, the color was beautiful - exactly as it was on the website and is beautiful.

I had a problem with the sleeves being too wide for me - I don't think it was the tailoring but the fact the I'm not exactly the proportions on the size chart. I contacted customer service and they were wonderful, resolved my questions and problems immediately.

I would not hesitate to order from Light In The Box again or recommend them to friends. Can't ask for anything more - great quality, super price and wonderful customer service.

Ordered a size 14 to go with my wedding dress in ivory, quite last minute!!

It arrived sooner than expected, fitted perfectly and matched my dress exactly, I could not be more pleased! Considering that the bridal shop I bought my dress from was asking in excess of £100 for pretty much exactly the same bolero!!

I wanted a plain and simple style bolero to compliment a 1950's style red dress.
Selecting and ordering the garment was very easy. Tracking the jacket was very simple and hassle free. I felt that the company had really thought about what customers want in the way of an easy to use website and information regarding shipping.
