Die Jacke hatte ich bestellen wollten, allerdings war es nicht möglich die zu meinem Hochzeitstermin rechtzeitig zu liefern. Zugegeben ich hatte auch nur 12 Tage zuvor bestelt, was so schon ziemlich knapp war.

Aus diesem Grund stornierte ich die Jacke, wobei mir der Kundenservice auch gut zur Zeite stand. Allerdings trotz der netten Umsorung wegen meiner stonierung hab ich weil ich nach 24h der Bestellung stoniert hatte nur 50% des Kaufpreises und 100% der Versandkosten zurück bekommen. Diese Regelung gehört zu deren allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, wo ich, wenn ich es woher gewusst hätte mir überlegt hätte so schnell zu bestellen.

Zudem ist es ja üblich das die von einem gesendete Anfrage innerhalb von 24h beantwortet wird und man so kaum die Möglichkeit hat rechtzeitig zu stonieren um seinen vollen Kaufpreis zurück zuerhalten.

Ansonsten war ich zufrieden mit deren Arbeit!

il coprispalle è arrivatoma purtroppo ho sbagliato nel leggere la tabella delle misure e ho preso una misura 16 quando invece sarebbe andata meglio una 12 o una14. e' possibile cambiarlo modificando le misure? se si, in che tempistica potrei avere il nuovo coprispalle? come devo procedere? mi sposo il 22 gennaio e avrei bisogno di un riscontro urgente.
