    I have purchased several items from Light in the box and have great success! The things we have purchased have worked just as they said and we have even had a problem with one of the MP3 players we bought and they have always taken it back and tried to replace it as soon as possible. They have been so helpful and made our shopping experience very easy. Returns have been so simple, they are much nicer than many department stores!! I will order from them in the future.

    My 8 yr old was BEGGING for an iPod touch or phone for x-mas, but I just couldn't see spending that much for something that could easily be lost or damaged. After all, she is only 8! She was absolutely thrilled when she opened her gift from "Santa". She spent most of the next two days taking videos and listening to music. And now, months later, she is still finding new and interesting things to do with her Touch Screen Mp3 / MP4 Player / Digital Camera. it was a perfect gift at a fantastic price!

    I bought two of these for my grandchildren for Christmas.
    They were delighted.
    They arrived in plenty of time, but one would not charge.
    I contacted the company and their response was wonderful. I was aksed if I wanted a refund or a replacement.
    On another issue, when I could not read the small print in the instruction book that was included, they sent me a link for an e-instruction book that was also of great assistance.
    My replacement MP4 arrived recently.
    I'm sending it to the boys soon.
    Thank you for your prompt assistance on every
    matter.

    FEATURED REVIEW

    The touch screen player is very nice and serves the purpose. If you are not much of a person who listens to music, there is more for you. There was a CD in the shipment which had a tiny software that could convert movies which you can play on this player. Given 4 GB of space, I have got 3-4 movies and close to 100 songs and am still left with space on it :-)
    The player gets charged when you connect to your PC via the USB cable. The adapter which was shipped to me was not working but when I contacted the customer support, they immediately shipped me a new adapter. Thanks a lot for your brilliant customer support :-)

    I really like this site I was about to order and ipod touch from bestbuy or target but they were waaay too expensive so when I went on google(google is my friend) I found this site and boy was I surprised at the selection and prices, best part about it is they play avi files which most mp3 players do not

    This player is really good. Guess what? I discovered that this player has more features than listed.
    It has a hidden NES Emulator and a hidden FLASH PLAYER.
    Fantastic!

    Just put .nes and .swf files on the player. Open the FileBrowser, than open them. Its as simple as that.

    The NES Emulator has some bugs and all buttons are not mapped correctly. But it really is a NES Emulator.
