I had a lengthy issue with this site as I placed and order for AUD700 and they did not process it as they wanted to verify my credit card, though the money were taken from the card. Eventually , after email arguments , they obviously verified my card but removed from this order option to contact them. I am still not sure about the order progress. It is said "cancelled". I wish to know what is cancelled - the order or the issue? There is nowhere I can contact them about that order... If they want to be difficult - they do it without any doubts!!!

I was surprised at how quickly my packaged reached the island of Jamaica. The installation was done with a little difficulty but in the end it became the "wow" factor in my bedroom. The chandelier pieces set a beautiful array of pattern in the ceiling and on the walls. It really is a gorgeous ceiling lamp. Thanks Light in the Box for your prompt service.

Recieved the lights that i ordered on time.(only hold up caused by u.k customs).
The quality if anything was better than i expected.Similar products i had looked at in the U.K were over three times the price.
There was a fair amount of fiddle assembling the lights for fixing.(i have been told it is the same for any make of light with so many crystals).
Back plate locating pegs need to be tightened in correct position, prior to fitting plate to ceiling.
And a couple of the g9 bulbs were dud,But the overall look and quality of these lights make them a very good buy indeed.
Fitting of back plate and electrical connection couldn't have been more straighf foreward.
If you have the patients to assemble the elements you will be more than pleased with this product.
Have bought from this company before and would not hesitate to do so again.
