Оплатил за товар 2013.03.01. отправка стояла 24 часа. Пошло в обработку отправка вышла на 03.09. Попытался связаться с службой поддержки, выхода не нашёл. Оптравил письмо по вопросам о таможенных пошлинах, там ответили что они занимаются вопросами таможенных сборов и пошлин.
03.07 светильник был отправленн DHL. Сумма покупок была свыше 100$. 13 марта позвонили в Алмате с компании DHL уточнили несколько вопросов и сказали что в течении 3 рабочих дней после таможенных оформлений доставят товар. 14 марта доставили весь товар домой сотрудники компании DHL.
Подключил, проверел. Все светильники светят хорошо, брака нет. Сделал фотографии для наглядности. Кто думает в нерешительности и боится брать или небрать, Моё мнение с данным магазином можно работать. Качеством товара доволен, большое спасибо.
I paid for goods 2013.03.01. sending stood 24 hours. Went to processing sending I left on 03.09. Tried to contact a support service, a way out I didn't find. Optravil the letter on questions of the customs duties, there answered that they deal with issues of customs duties and duties.
03.07 the lamp was sent to DHL. The sum of purchases was over $100. On March 13 called in Alma-Ata from the DHL company specified some questions and told that within 3 working days after customs registrations deliver goods. On March 14 the staff of the DHL company got all goods home.
I connected, I checked. All lamps shine well, marriage isn't present. I took pictures for descriptive reasons. Who thinks in indecision and is afraid to take or not to take, my opinion with this shop it is possible to work. With quality of goods it is happy, many thanks.
