• i think my transfer box does not work. What do I do now?

  i could not get my keypad to work. i plugged the usb into the transfer box and the light on the keypad barely flickered green but would not stay on. i tried plugging the keypad usb into my other laptop and it loaded great and i could type from my keypad onto my laptop. i believe that it seems that the transfer box is not working properly. Do you have a suggestion? Would it be any of the settings on my e-pad Android 2.2 that i purchased with this case?

• Is there an alternate User Interface available, with a BACK button and a MENU button at the bottom?

  The GUI (graphical user interface) looks very phone-like, and even says HTC somewhere on it. Is there a more tablet-type interface, where there would always be a BACK button and a MENU button at the bottom of the screen, similar to the picture I'm attaching?

  For the wifi connection, please try the following steps:
  1. Confirm that you have already opened and have access to a Wi-Fi connection.
  2. Click the "setting", and then choose "wifi" option.
  3. Choose the appropriate network.
  4. Type in the right password for the wifi network if necessary.
  For the Ethernet, please try the following steps:
  1. Enter the ADSL setting and fill in the name and password for Internet connection.
  2. Set up the Ethernet with appropriate IP address.

• My wifi is not connecting, it's starts to find the IP address and then becomes disconnected

  I'm not able to connect via the wifi., I can see all the available networks, the tablet starts to connect then it disconnects.

  Please get close to the wireless router to get better wireless signals. Besides, please check your router whether you have set the "MAC address filter".
  You need to turn off the "MAC address filter". If the above methods don't work, please refer to the MAC address from the “Setting”--“About device”--“status” and add it to the list of the router. • Can't download any games?

  I got the Android 2.2 tablet for my 16 yr old son for christmas, and still unable to download any games app. he can go online and search the web with no problem but unable to get any free games... from android market and google..
