      Buenos días me pongo en contacto con ustedes porque la alarma que compre en julio del año pasado me esta fallando la luz del intercomunicador se enciende y apaga sola repetidas veces sin que tenga posibilidad de armar o desarmarla remotamente y haciendo que mi linea de teléfono comunique constantemente cada vez que me llama alguien ruego me digas como proceder para que me la reparen ya que esta en el plazo de garantía, un saludo.

      car je ne peux pas utiliser ce système d'alarme correctement.
      Un mode d'emploi en anglais ou une documentation du fabriquant serait bienvenue.
      Les indications du mode d'emploi sont en partie erronnées.
      Sinon j'aime beaucoup ce produit et je pourrais l'importer par quantité importante.

        Buenas tardes, he realizado el pedido nº:1207260803016246 a través de light in the box, que me ha llegado en correctas condiciones, tanto la cámara de videovigilancia, como el kit de alarma inteligente, pero hay un problema, en el kit de alarma las intrucciones vienen en inglés y no se cómo instalar la alarma, por favor necesito que me hagan llegar las instrucciones en español ya que de lo contrario tendré que devolver el producto porque no lo voy a poder configurar.

        Lamentamos mucho todavía no tener las instrucciones en esppañol para los artículos. Vendemos numerosos productos a todo el mundo, sin embargo por el momento no tenemos tanto tiempo y personal para traducir las instrucciones en otros idiomas. Por eso, en la actualidad sólo disponemos de las instrucciones en inglés. Le aconsejamos usar un traductor como GOOGLE TRANSLATE para entender bien las instrucciones ingleses.

        Es sind bereits alle Türen (2) und Fenster (10) mit drahtgebundenen Sensoren ausgestattet. Auch sind diese Sensoren bereits ordnungsgemäß verkabelt, sprich diese Führen alle in ein zentralen Raum.

        Meine Frage lautet, ob diese Alarmanlage für meine Zwecke geeignet ist? Bzw. bin ich auch gerne bereit eine andere Alarmanlage zu kaufen. Was ich auch noch brauche ist eine Außensirene.
