My dress was delayed by 1 week but the customer service was great in compensating me for my trouble! Once it arrived I was pleasantly suprised at how ABSOLUTELY gorgeous it was! The sizing was a bit off but it can easily be altered at very low cost to me. I would recommend to all of my friends to shop Light in the Box for any special occasion dress

The dress arrived and it was perfect! No marks or stains. The beading at the top of the dress looks great and the fit was true to measurements. I was very pleased with this purchase.

I brought this dress last year and it is so nice. It compliment my figure soo well. Make sure you send them the right measurement since all the dresses are custom made.

I was nervous about ordering something online, especially something I was going to wear for a special event. We used the sizing charts, not quite sure which size to go with because I was inbetween sizes. The dress arrived sooner than expected. It didn't need much done for alterations, just shortened up. We did find a couple seams that weren't sewed in the under lace, some of the snaps weren't secured very well, and there were a few strings hanging when I received it (nothing major that the seamstress couldn't handle). I love the dress, it fits nicely and I didn't have to pay an arm and leg for it.

I received my order today. I am missing 2 of my order like the hair comb set for $9.99 and the jewelry set tiara for $26.99. The shoes did not fit because they are cut too small for $39.99. I recommande ordering the next size up or buy it at a local store where you will be able to wear it first. The dress I order, I actually wear itat david bridal and when I saw it here I was happy until I receive the dress today and it was not cut the same. It is a nice dress but my expectation of it fail. Buying online is very expensive when the items that was order failed to meet expectation or received. This warning is priceless

were you told of the custom fee when you place your order from this company. I purchase and order for $349.92 and paid a total of $49.10 for shipping. I was just told by UPS that I owe another $57.06 for custom fee. I would never order online because it defit the purpose of the saving I would have save when I have and additional fee to pay. It should have been included in the total order. For someone to pay over $106.16 for shipping it is not fair for an order that is only $349.92. Future buyers -be careful when buying online. The price may be cheap but the final order may be more than you are able to pay.

I was amazed by this dress when I saw it here online. I ordered it and was a little apprehensive, as people were questioning my decision to order a dress that I had never tried on. I used the sizing charts to order the dress, and skipped on the custom sizing in order to have it altered here locally.
My dress arrived and it was even more beautiful than I had expected! It does need to be taken-in in the bust, and the hem needs to be shortened, but the dress looks amazing!! The ruffling hides my stomach and the corset style assists in slimming my torso all around. The only part I did not like were the flowers on the side. They are pinned on so I simply removed those and will be purchasing something a bit more to my liking to re-pin in their place, as I think that the dress still needs something there as the draping pulls your eye to that side. I would recommend this dress to anyone. It's beautiful, in-expensive, and will leave heads turning and mouths talking at your wedding!

I order my dress and Matron Honor dress it was right on time. My dress was so beautiful when I got it in the mail I was so happy and overwhelm how fast my dress came back. I order my dress july 7, 2010 and recieved it August 16, 2010 in time for any authration needed to be done and that's was only for ny breast part. My dress and Matron Honor dress fit so well everyon ask where we got our dress from, we were giving comments all that day. I was kind of concerned with the price that it might be a great quality dress, but it is absolutely amazing! Really high quality fabric, complete with lining and everything! Absolutely love it! Size ran a little small, but other than that it is great! Took less time then they said it would to come too! Shipping was super fast too! So super happy and excited to wear it on my wedding day!!!
