Q:Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?

I ordered my dress on 28 of august, and received my dress today on 13 of September, so it took a bit more then two weeks. It was tailor made to my size… I took some pictures for you guys, because I thing it is a huge help, to see the dress on a real person ;D The dress is very well made, and is really beautiful. I bought a petticoat for the dress as well. The train is a bit too long in my opinion, but overall a very beautiful dress. I'm very satisfied ;D

i am in love with this dress what is the best option for fitting should i get it customed or just go for the size i am a 12 uk and im 5ft 6 can some one plz help me with this as im about to order . and do u need a petticoat to go with it

I got married last year May and knew the type of dress I was looking for. My surprise here it was and it was everything I could of imagined and more.
The material was soft to the touch and fitted me beautifully.
Everyone loved the dress so much that 5 others ordered dresses from this site!
I could not want anymore from a dress, truly beautiful and every brides must have!!!

Recived the dress 2 days after it was shipped. I placed the order 12th Feb, and recieved it today.
I'm so pleased with the dress it's beautiful, i did the custom size option and it fit perfectly!
Overall i am well pleased with it, i am a uk size 10 5ft 6. Personally i think this style of dress suits any size and shape.
So glad i took the risk, so worth it. DO IT!
THANKS SO MUCH LIGHTINTHEBOX!
Now on to the bridesmaids dresses.

this dress is the one for me when i ordered it didn't take long only 3 months. when i tried it on for the first time it really flattered my figure. its not inyour face look at me but yes thats the bride doesn't she look lovely. my wedding is in october and i will be posting photo's then. anyone not sure about this dress go for it, it gorgous!!!!

i ordered bridemaid dress with satin material, but the satin fabric did not quality like people wrote on here. Your stain fabric is thick and hard, it did not give the smooth satin look like other brand i bought. i would wondering your use different satin on the wedding dress

i absolutely love the look of this dress just beautiful. i was just wondering that if i ordered this dress now i would order it a size too big so that when i loose a bit of weight for my wedding is it easy to get this dress altered?? just taken in a bit tighter if needed?? xx Hayley:)

Straps??

I think this dress is beautiful. I was wondering if there was any chance you would be able to put straps onto it? I would feel more comfortable if there were and just thought I would ask if this is possible?

I am getting this wedding dress for my daughter-in-law and the wedding date is 28/04/2012.

I live in England, United Kingdom but will be travelling to Nigeria for this wedding on the 20th April 2012,
which one is better - is it shipping the wedding dress to her in Nigeria or to me here in United Kingdom
so as to take it down to her when i am travelling. Which one is safer, better or quicker????

Dear Funmi Abigail,
We will need a tailoring period of 24-28 working days and shipping time of 3-8 days due to the Chinese New Year (January 23, 2012). For Wedding Dresses orders, after your order is comfirmed, you will recieve your parcel in 27-36 working days. If you ordered it before early Feb, the dress would reach the shipping place in time. There is no big difference for different countries.
But we recommend shipping the dress to the bride directly so that she can try it on and any alterations can easily made as needed. Hope you enjoy your shopping here:)
