I received excellent service from Lightinthebox through the live chat option.

I ordered the same colour as the picture, however it is quite a bit lighter blue in real life, but that's ok because I still like the colour.

I'm normally a size 10/12 so I ordered it in a size 12 - without measuring - which was a mistake as the dress was much too large for me. Although now I've had it altered it fits brilliantly.

I'm very happy with the dress, and would definitely order from Lightinthebox again!

  • How much is added to accommodate heels?

    The measuring guide says at the bottom that 5 cm is added to allow for heels. What if I don't plan to wear heels and would rather my prom dress not be dragging on the floor?
