Note: The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment.


Bust Bust - Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	Waist Waist- This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips Hips- This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Hollow to Hem Hollow to Hem- This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.

I can't believe I just bought the perfect wedding dress all the way from China and for less then a hundred dollars. It took about three weeks for my dress to be tailored and delivered into my hands right here in beautiful Hawaii. If your skeptical like I was, You don't need to be. The quality of this dress is superb and Light in the box is reliable. Go for it... I promise you won't be sorry!

My Opinion

Okay, So i got this dress for my wedding this October 2009. It was shipped in a great speed, and overall i am happy with my dress. The only things i were slightly disappointed with was that the train is a lot longer than i though it was going to be. Also i had to do the measuring myself because i am really small, and i was measured twice and still the back of the dress poofs out alittle when i hold my shoulder straight, And the spaghetti straps have tendency to fall down. Overall though the dress is beautiful.

Wow! I was hesitant at buying from you but my dress arrived quickly, it is well made and I felt like a fairy tale princess when I tried it on.Itis so different from the ones I have seen n the shops. The straps did slip a bit but I have just sewn them into the place I want.

This dress was so much better than I ever expected. I chose the tailoring option and it fit perfectly, as if it was done by a personal seamstress. Although the back is a little different than the picture, it still keeps that fairy-tale quality. Light In the Box now has a permanent customer in me and my family.

Amazing service

This is a fabulous dress and so well made. I was really nervous about ordering online but needn't have been. The dress was delivered to the UK within a month and the quality of the dress is of such a high standard. £40 postage to the UK (including import fee by DHL) but considering the dress is only £70, £110 for a wedding dress this good is still really reasonable. Only down side is the straps which dont seem to sit right but I'm just going to get them removed as the dress is still stunning without. Just wish I didn't have to wait 6 months to wear it!!!

Beautiful and Romantic

I purchased this gown just this month (Aug 2008) I received it the other day and I could not believe the superior quality of the workmanship and the fabric. When I put it on it was so beautiful and the sleeves gave the gown a romantic look. I can't wait to walk down the aisle!!! I am also going to order a gown for a wedding next year that I am going to.
