Dress is gorgeous but not a shiny as I'd imagined. Feels amazing and is quite an impressive make [from the sewing point of view- apart from one mishap down the bottom where the sewing bunched up just a little bit that can't be seen and doesn't change the dress look at all] . Fits pretty much perfectly with heels which has me rapt! Had a wee bit of a mix up with payment being received but with a bit of determination to sort it out on my side all was sorted out and fixed up. Dress came as original shipping predicted and dress looks exactly as shown in picture [aside from a slight difference in ruffle placements]. All in all, am very pleased with my purchase and the final outcome of the transaction. The payment muck up brings it down a star but all in all, from this product I can assure you that the clothing from this site isn't half so bad as the electronics reputation!

Hi just re-editing my review. Although I got a lot of compliments on how beautiful my dress for the ball was I was extremely disappointed when two hours into the night the ruffles on the left side all came out. I was left with half my dress dragging the rest of the night so now in some of the photos there's a massive piece of dress in front of me where it just doesn't fit! This was due to insufficient stitching where the ruffles were. So if you buy this dress be sure to get it tailored so the stitches are more secure and remember to bring some pins on the big night just incase! [i wish i had!]

I received my dress in the time they said it would get to me. This dress is absolutely beautiful. From the picture, I was a little concerned that it wouldn't look good on my body type, but it did. This dress works for many different body types. The only thing I didn't really like about the service is the dress was delivered in a very small box. This dress is huge! So now it is very wrinkled. This problem isn't unfix-able or that bad, it was just weird that it was delivered in such a tiny box. Otherwise, I love my dress and the service was great! I will definitely be ordering from Light in the Box again!

    I love the dress and would love to order it, but due to modesty restrictions, I'd need to have it tailored to add on slightly longer sleeves. I was wondering if it was possible to order extra fabric to be shipped with the dress, so I can have a tailor do the modifications with the exact material that the dress is made of, and so I won't have to search to purchase matching fabric on my own.
