A:The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 17-22 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the Tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.
Q:Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A:Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.
Q:Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?
A:Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.

This dress is so gorgeous, the measurements are exact (I ordered a UK10) and everyone said how stunning I looked for our wedding...made me feel the belle of the ball!!! Take a look at the pictures to see the quality and fit, I would recommend Light in the box to all my friends and family. The only thing was that I had to rmove the rose on the shoulder strap as I am a small person and it drowned me a bit...a taller person wouod have been able to carry it off.

I am Sylvia Singleton's mother ( soon to be Sylvia Antwi-Montano). Her dress arrived and she states that it is beautiful. I ordered the dress hoping that it would arrive quickly. It was better than I expected.

Recieved dress with a couple of weeks-to Canada.
Dress is of high quality, and looks great!! Does fit a little small compared to typical sizes...but perhaps my fault for not looking at sizing guide!
Overall, great experience
