I bought this dress for my nieces graduation.After putting in order the service was both fast and accurate. I was updated as to the status of my order on a constant basis,and other than a slight holdup in customs (which tends to happen) the dress was received fairly fast.
The dress itself was exactly as the picture showed it to be and fit perfectly as per the measurements that we gave.Excellent product and service,If anyone I know needs an occasion dress I would definitely recommend light in the box.
This will make the prom for her.....Thanks once again.

The dress was beautifully made. Unfortunately it took nearly 6 weeks to arrive - when we paid for speed delivery 3-5 business days. Would not use the site again or recommend you because of this lack of conformity to your own advertising.

The dress is beautiful and well made. But unfortunately it took way longer than it said on the website - the website said 3-5 business days and it took 6 weeks to come - it has only just made it for the event - and is too bag so we are having to rush around finding someone to adjust it with only 2 days before the event. Probably wouldnt recommend the site for this reason - which is a shame because the dress is beautifully made.

I was very skeptical ordering a dress online that was custom made and from another country for fear of it not fitting or not getting here in time for prom but for the price I just couldn't resist giving it a try. I ordered this dress in red using my daughters custom measurements and let me just say, IT FITS HER PERFECTLY as if she had stood there and let them sew it onto her body!!! I do recommend having 2 different people measure the body that will be wearing it, you know the old saying measure twice, cut once, just because it is custom made and it does take several weeks to arrive. However, we ordered it on March 4th and received it on March 30th. The dress is made extremely well. The bust area is WELL lined (it actually feels like it has cups sewn in) so that a bra is not needed no matter what size you are. My daughter is absolutely ecstatic with her new custom made dress and my husband is over joyed it only cost us about 1/3 the price of buying a dress locally!!! Thanks Light In The Box, you guys did an amazing job!!!
