Bust Bust - Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.	Waist Waist- This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.	Hips Hips- This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.	Hollow to Hem Hollow to Hem- This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.

Waiting for my dress to arrive now... can't wait, shouldn't take long now ( I hope ) i'll post pictures up when i get it. Nothing more annoying than no one posting a pic up so you can attually see the dress... unless it's ugly... which hopefully fingers crossed it won't because i'm getting married in December and won't have time to change it!!!

Only thing i'm worried about is the beading.... i'll get back to you all soon as :D

Hi all!

I just want to let anyone out there that is worried about buying a wedding gown online not to worry! I worry all the time and I felt I was taking a big risk... well worth it! I could not believe the size of the box that this gown came in! Its so small but deceiving! The dress is lovely! I had it custome made for the extra cash, and it fits so perfectly! Although, it is slightly big for me round my breasts.... maybe because I have been to the gym and swimming pool lol... Well worth the money! The detail on the top half and the length etc is amazing! well worth the money!!! The quality is amazing too... almost like buying a £500-£600 dress but for £80! real bargain! I can tell you, I am one very very very happy bride to be... i am seriously thinking about getting the bridesmaids dresses on here too!!! GO FOR IT GIRLS! ITS WORTH IT :):):):):):):):) :D :D :D

I got my dress a few weeks ago...

Hi All, I got my dress a few weeks ago but only getting round to posting my review now - sorry! So the dress is so well made really good. I got it made to custom measurements and it fits really well - I need to get about an inch and a half taken off at the hips though. I'm not sure if that's an error in the making of the dress or down to the fact that I've starting going to the gym. Either way, it's really a small alteration. The other thing that I was worried about is the gather that is in the chiffon just on the inside on the left hip. Mine didn't look quite right so I'm just making that a little bit tighter and then I'm happy :) Seriously though, definitely worth taking the risk and buying on line!

Oh and one last thing - I'm getting married in December in South Africa so it's going to be quite hot! The dress is fairly heavy but I don't think it will be unbearable!

Finally got my Gown!!!! :)

Finally got my gown! :) was waiting anxiously this morning... a few hiccups, nearly miss the postman!

Open the box and wowow.. i'm amaze! :) i thought might not fit, but when i put it on.. it fit like a glove! :)

I'm really happy about this, and definitely buying my evening gown from this website for my wedding! :)

My dress is here!!

My dress arrived today, it is sooo beautiful! I can't believe that it looks so good for the price. It is well made and quite heavy so wouldn't be good to wear on a beach. Lightinthebox, you are awesome!

Getting married abroad

I am marrying abroad and the weather will be hot. Could anyone tell me what the material is like and wether it would be suitable in the heat?? I really like it but am apprehensve to buy it unless i know if its suitable.

Hi, I am wondering if anyone who had thiers custom made added length from the hollow to the heel? I am worried about adding heels if the dress is going to be made when I am flat footed. If you could post pictures that would be great.

This dress is beautiful!!

My dress came today and I ordered it on the 24th July 2009. I had it custom made as well and it fits perfect. The quality is good and the embroidary/beadings on the dress are absolutely gorgeous! A few things to note though, I ordered my dress in champagne and the colour is slightly darker than the colour guide provided and they have included a flap for the corsett at the back. But overall I still love it!

Looks Better In The Picture

I fell in love with this dress when I saw it here online. However, once I received it, I was not as happy as I thought I would be. Don't get me wrong, the dress is still nice and I will wear it on August 29, 2009 when i walk down the isle, but I just expected the quality to be a little better. But for the price, it can't be knocked too much.

This is a gorgeous dress. It fits perfectly. The train is pretty long plus I am only 5'4 so it is extremely long on me. Other than that I absolutely love the dress.
