My order was meant to ship on the 22/5. When it hadn't shipped by the 25/5 i emailed. I wasn't concerned as my event isn't until august and i am aware there can always be delays that cannot be avoided because I myself work in the manufacturing industry :)
Without even asking, Customer Service offered a 30% discount if i still wanted items or full refund if they were going to arrive too late! This is absolutely amazing service! As soon as i got the email, I let people know what had happened on facebook, and most responses were disbelief at this outstanding customer service.
Your commitment to shipping date and the understanding that for some people it may be a time sensitive issue is absolutely outstanding and is by far the best service i have ever received (Including all retailers i have ever dealt with in Perth or Online)
In Perth where i live and Australia there is a large backlash from retailers saying that online shops are sending them broke... to that i say too bad! They would most certainly not offer customer service like your's and they have a huge mark up on their items!
The quality of the items is as good if not better than what you would pay $300 - $800 for in a retail store. I did 2 years of clothing manufacturing studies which included quality, and the quality of the satin is excellent and the stitching strong.
Also a trick i have found... if you want to see what a colour looks like in an actual photo of a dress use the search function and type in the type of fabric the dress you want is made in (ie elastic satin, chiffon, taffeta), and the colour you want to see (ie if you want to see this dress in regency colour search for elastic satin regency and some dresses with the colour you want should come up)
I ordered this dress in Grape as pictured and it is very close to the colour of the photo (on my screen) i also ordered a taffeta dress in grape which is browner, which i expected but it is definately worth while doing the search.

I have not wore this dress yet but will do next month for a wedding. Was delighted with it when it arrived to Ireland in 10 days from the day i ordered. i went for custom made in the hunter green & it fits like a glove. Its a little greener than i was expecting but thats ok as i still like it. the quality is exceptional & would highly recommend this site to anyone for the speed it arrived, the perfect fit & excellent quality... The tracking of the package is great so you know where your dress is at all times.... Will be ordering again very soon...

my order was for this beautiful dress which i wanted to wear for my wedding reception,i had already see myself in this dress but i got an email from your customer service informing me that the dress would not arrived on time,i was so disappointed but they canceled my order and refunded the money back. they could of sent the dress still even if it would arrive to me late but they did not and that is what i called great customer service.they work very well with their customers and i would recommend this company to everyone.

I purchased the colour swatch book to see what colour the Grape was but it is to dark so i have gone for regency, has anyone purchased the dress in regency? This may be a silly question but is the material just one layer or does the dress have other layers underneath?

Brought this dress for my bridesmaids in September and they were perfect fits for the sizes shown and the most beautiful material I've seen in a long time. These dresses made my bridesmaid's feel a million dollars and such excellent value for money! Will definately use this website again for future dresses required. Thanks again.

I was homecoming queen at my school last year and I had to go back this year and retire my crown. I was looking for a dress and came across this website. I love my dress so very much.
