A:The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 17-22 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the Tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.
A:Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.

The dress itself is okay, but I was surprised when I saw the bottom of the dress. The helm has a long, thin plastic wire protruding at two different places. I understand that the wire is necessary for the shape of the bottom part of the dress, but couldn't the tailor who made this dress hides these parts better, especially for the price of this dress?
