i received my dress which is to be used to renew our vows, i got it in gold, it is beutifull, sooooo well made, it looks far more expensive than what i paid, i am highly delighted with the dress and the company.
my only reverance is the duty our country charged me on delivery for excise tax £27.
so thanku light in the box xx

I recently received this dress and it is really lovely. I will need to take it to a local taylor to have it taken in (but that's because I have lost weight which is a good problem to have; as they say, you can "take it in easier than letting it out! My son's wedding is still three months away so I will wait a bit longer before having the alterations made...who knows, I may slim down some more! I am very satisfied with the fabric and quality of the dress and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a special occation dress.

I had this dress made to measure because I am an interesting shape. It fits perfectly and looks lovely. The workmanship is superb. I had this made for my daughters wedding. The Lightinthebox staff was very helpful with this dress and it came as others said ready to wear right out of the small box that I couldn't believe it fit in! Not a single wrinkle! The dress is very high quality and looks just like the picture. The fabric is excellent quality and not cheap and flimsy. Everyone loved it. I can't recommend lightinthebox enough! I'm 6'2" and there was no way I was finding a custom dress in my length for anywhere near this price and quality. The dress arrived as promised in plenty of time!

Two suggestions:

1 if you are a plus size like myself and are having this custom sized take your measurements as shown AND the measurements of your arms at their widest point around and order the dress including these measurements using their live chat feature because my jacket didn't fit. They did refund me for alterations since there wasn't time to send it back thru them and were very courteous about it.

2 FedEx charged me $39.28 a couple of months after the event was over for an importing. This dress was still well worth the extra money and when I contacted Lightinthebox they refunded to my paypal account. Just take this in account when purchasing anything from overseas not just lightinthebox

Lamentamos que tenha sido cobrado esse valor pela alfândega Brazileira. A informação que temos é que o valor máximo de taxação é de 60%, no caso da alfândega tentar cobrar mais que esse valor, por favor peça uma revisão do tributo.
