A: The tailoring time for most special occasion and wedding party dresses is 15-19 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Tailoring times are noted on each dress’s product page. Shipping time is 3-8 business days.
A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.

Wow, that was a timing ... the dress arrived 2 hours before I needed to leave for the wedding. Thanks so much light-in-the-box-team for working so hard making this possible ... after I made a mistake with the meassurments ... Great service, great fabric, love the color. So be sure to have the right meassurements all the same. I am from Switzerland and was not used to inch and so I accidently gave one size in cm. I will sow on a spaghetti straps as its not ver tight, but fitted well ... Have a look to the pictures :-) Enjoy!
