A:The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 17-22 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the Tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.
Q:Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A:Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.
Q:Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?

My dress was Perfect! Everyone loved it! I lost a whole lot of weight but the dress will fit your size!!!! I will be ordering some more items soon…I LOVE THIS WEBSITE!!!!
