This dress exceeded my expectations. It was perfect, I custom ordered the size using the on-line video. The detail was great and everyone thought I paid thousands for the dress. The lining and upper structure of the dress was such quality that I did not need to wear a bra or corsett underneath. The built in tule is easy to gather to make your dress lay fuller if you like.

I am extremely happy with my purchase which I ordered on the 4th December and the dress was shipped on 21st December - UPS delivered it earlier than expected and my package arrived Christmas Eve (it was a superb surprise and opening my box was simply amazing).....
I have reservations ordering such an important dress online but after reading the ratings and comments from the other brides - I was convinced that Light in the Box is a reputable company.
First of all the quality of the dress is fantastic and an absolute bargain for the price. I have tried on various wedding dresses in the shops which costs thousands of pounds - I can confirm that this dress has similar wow factor but will not hurt your pockets.
Secondly I decided to go for custom order and the instructions and information of how to take your measurements are clear. The customer service communications is fantastic.
Overall I am very impressed and my family still cannot believe that I spent under 200 pounds for my wedding dress

It came very much on time, and there was ongoing updates from the company, which was very much appreciated from an anxious bride to be.
Perhaps for brides to be, you can get the waist &
hip measurement slightly smaller than your actual size, as the gown is pretty heavy, and its better that the waist of the dress is able to "sit" on your hips to serve as a partial support.
Just so you have a guide, my measurements are 34-28-35 and stand at 172cm which is 5 feet 7/8? . The colour of the dress is ivory, i customized it and am glad i did so. Need to send for ironing, and my local laundry shop is able to do so at a small fee.
Overall an excellent dress by lightinthebox. The skirt is very much "poofier" than in the picture and the skirt has a subtle elegance. As for the laces, I just needed patience to get it threaded up. My fiance is happy as he thinks it suits me well. I love how it makes me feel, playful and elegant at the same time.

wow,i ordered this gown for my friend on the 19th of november, whose wedding will be coming up on 15th december 2012.i was so worried because the estimated shipping date was on the 7th,and i still need to ship it to her in nigeria. i thought the gown wont arrive on time let alone to meet her special day. to my amasement,this company shipped the gown on the 29th of november and i receive in just 3working days. lightinthebox is wow. i will order my sisters wedding dress with lightinthebox. many thanks to you, thou i had to pay 52pounds to ups for customs and duties, still worth it.

I was so overjoyed when my wedding dress arrived and i tried it on and found the fit was perfect. It was extemely well made and heavy and looked absolutely stunning. I am amazed at how such a beautiful dress can be made with such little cost. The delivery although from china only took 3 weeks and came in a lovely floral box carefully wrapped with a free hanging dust cover. I would have no hesitation in recommending these dresses to all my friends.
