Is it possible to have the torso area (before the cascading ruffles begin) a bit longer so they could begin after the hips? I understand this would be a customs order. Just wondering if the ruffles could begin a bit lower. I could provide pictures if this would help... Atte,pting to replace a dress lost in a house fire.
