A:The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 17-22 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the Tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.
A:Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.
A:Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.

I ordered my wedding dress and 7 other dresses at the same time last may and it took about a month to get them. They came in a quite small box for how many dresses were in there, but all I had to do was take them out of the bags and give them a shake and they fluffed up quite nicely. I got my measurements taken at David's Bridal (for free!) and got my dress custom made, it fit PERFECTLY! I didn't have to get it altered! I also got a reception dress made and by my measurements chose the closest size and it was a little on the big side, not enough to warrant getting it altered though. I got all the dresses steamed at the cleaners for a sleek look.

This dress came in a VERY timely manner, and was tailored absolutely perfectly :) if you are wondering whether or not to spend the extra money to get that done, it is completely worth it! the dress is beautiful, and looks exactly like the picture.
there are 3 things I would like to "warn" customers about though:
-the dress has a funny smell when it comes out of the bag from being shipped, so I would advise to leave time and budget for a good drycleaning before your wedding.
-the sequin details are a tad on the "cheap" looking side, although to me, it is not that big of a deal, but I do know some ladies who would be upset about it.
-although it is not super obvious in the picture, the dress does have a noticeable seam where the bodice meets the train, and does give off a sort of 2 piece looking effect. I got around this little hitch by turning one of the folds upwards so it covers it :)
I hope this helps at least a few of you. In my opinion, the dress is amazing, the quality and price just can not be beat! I added a front and back view of my dress too.
