A:The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 17-22 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the Tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.
A:Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.
A:Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.

I bought this dress not expecting it to be as amazing as it was. I fell in love with it on the website and when it arrived I couldn't believe the quality I received for the price. The dress was so much better then I thought it would be and looked the exact same as it did on the website. I would suggest ordering a size smaller then you measure up to be as I measured as a perfect 12 and ordered a size 12 but it was a bit too big and I had to get it tailored. Even with the tailoring it was cheaper then what any of my girlfriends paid for their dresses but it didn't look cheap AT ALL. It was a little late in getting delivered and when I emailed LIB they promptly replied letting me know the status and even offered me a percentage of the dress for the delay. I love my dress, the price was amazing, the customer service was excellent. I would recommend this site to anyone and will definitely be buying my next dress from this site.
