This is a very small tile rack. It can only hold hand towels, not bath towel.
There are no dimensions on the web page, but the longest one is 18 inches, so two adult bath towels, which i needed this for will not work.
It has a matt finish.
I gave it a 3 as it is not a bad product it is just not a towel rack, unless you need it for the kitchen
