Dear rogerio,

Sorry,we don't provide spare parts with this equipment. This projector is much smaller than normal-sized ones, the size of this one is 117x17x55mm, just the size as a cellphone. Hope you enjy shopping at our website.

Dear Henk,

The item itself can't support PPT format.

However, you can use the device which can play PPT format, like a computer, and output the image to the projector by an AV cable.

Me and my friends ordered a wedding dress, three other dress (two women and one man) and a car radio.
The wedding dress arrived and it is wonderful. We are waiting for the other thigs we ordered and we are sure that we will be satisfied.
Also I made a mistake and ordered twice the same item. I opened a ticket and the customer service solved the problem and sent complete refound.
