Business Customer Inquiry

Description: 

Dealer level diagnostic device for comprehensive Citroen and Peugeot cars diagnostic. You can do all as a authorized dealer does.This diagnostics software allows you to perform complete diagnostics of all from 1995 untill present models. Diagnose is performed via OBD-II connector (which is located near steering wheel) or via manufacturer-specific connector (only older cars, pre-2001).

Supported functions

Unlike other universal car scanner tools which only read fault codes, this software performs nearly ALL the functions like the original dealer diagnostic tool. Our diagnostic interface contains K-Line multiplexor, CAN-BUS interfaces and SAE J1850 bus (both PWM and VPW).

FUNCTIONS SUPPORT

Read identification
Displays complete identification of control unit, e.g. part number, software/hardware version, manufacturer, etc...

Read fault codes
Displays all stored and pending fault codes with complete description (e.g. "Rail pressure - too low pressure").
Program supports report printing or copy to clipboard.

Clear fault codes
This function clears all stored fault codes and other diagnostic information.

Auto-scan (complete car scan/test)
Detects all ECUs (electronic control units) installed in car and reads all diagnostic fault codes.

Measured Values
Program displays live Data like Engine Speed, Battery voltage, Oxygen Sensor, Coolant Temperature, etc. Values can be displayed in graph, 9 values at once, or full listing (all measured values). Logging to file is also supported, which allows offline analysis.

Actuator test
Actuator test activates particular actuator (e.g. turn on fuel pump, lock/unlock wheel, lock/unlock doors, cut off fuel, etc..)

Programming functions/Adaptation
This feature is of great importance in all vehicles because systems like Engine control units, Immobilizers, Airbags, Alarms, Body Control Units, and some others, require you to perform reset or programming procedures after car repair is done, or even configuration after replacing broken Control Unit.

Hardware and software requirements
Software requires at least Intel Celeron/Pentium III 400 MHz, 128 MB RAM, 50MB free HDD space and USB 1.1 port (USB 2.0 recommended) and Microsoft Windows 98 SR2/2000/XP with the latest service pack installed.

Return & Replacement

What can I do if I receive the product with quality problem?
  • Products with quality problem(includes transport damaged) in 7 days can be returned and refund.
  • Products with quality problem(includes transport damaged)  in 30 days can be returned and replaced.
  • Products with quality problem (includes transport damaged) in 365 days can be returned and repaired.
Ps:  We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by LightInTheBox. This means that damaged items not caused by LightInTheBox cannot warrant a full refund.

How can I deal with the partial received situation?
If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.

Can I send the product back if I am unsatisfied with it?
We only offer a return service for those items which are factory defective or an incorrect order. Before you place your order, please refer to all of the details in our advertisement.

If I receive the wrong item, can I return it and get the refund?

Shipping & Delivery

How many shipping methods can you offer to us?
a. Standard Shipping:
We usually use EMS to ship the item and it takes about 6-10 business days for delivery. Mostly, all of the products will be shipped out within 2-4 working days after we receive the payment and your contact phone number.
b. Expedited Shipping:
We use Fedex, UPS,  DHL or TNT to ship the item and it takes about 5-8 business days for delivery. Mostly, all of the products will be shipped out within 2-3 working days after we receive the payment and your contact phone number.
c. Air Mail
For air mail, delivery time is between 15 - 20 days for all major destinations. Shipping cost is PRETTY low, although the delivery time is a bit longer. Order tracking and shipping insurance are not available with shipping by Air Mail.

What shall I do on orders delaying?
 If your order is delayed, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service or input your order number to the official website of Third Party Logistics to get tracking information.

Hola, mi nombre es Pablo.Soy de Argentina,Buenos aires..
Hablo de la firma NStech electronica. Nuestra firma realiza reparacion del automotor mecanicas y electronicas y estaba interesado por el producto de ustedes.
Queria saber que opciones tengo con el equipo de diagnostico,(Inyeccion,diesel,air bag,reseteo servicio,carroceria,caja automatica,etc.) y el costo del producto completo.
Quisiera saber tambien que vehiculos detecta y desde que
modelo hasta que modelo...
Quisiera saber si existe posibilidad de enviarlo a la Argentina y que costo adicional tiene.
Desde ya muchas gracias,espero su respuesta.

Excellent produit. Je ne l'ai trouvé nul part ailleurs, surtout à ce prix. Produit très recommandé pour ceux qui possèdent une Peugeot ou une Citroën.
