So far, my experience with this company has been great! They have responded promptly to requests and the item I ordered was shipped the day after I ordered it. Now I am just waiting for it and am expecting to love it :)

This is my first order at lightinthebox and I'm very happy !!
Very good surprise, my order arrived almost 5 day before the estimate date !! So I must tell that, for me, services were very good !
The wig is as shown except 2 things :
- Color : the wig is actually a bit darker
- Quality : I think that the quality is better in real than in the pic ...
Advice n°1 : I added some pliers, it hold on much better
Advice n°2 : To make it like more natural, comb it often

Thanks to my horrible internet connection, it seems the pictures didn't get uploaded as well. Anyway, here they are. Once again, a bit different from the wig in the picture, but still pretty nonetheless.

I finally got this today almost two months after my order, but that's okay. Customer Service was very caring and stuck with me until the problem was solved.
The wig sure is nice. My cousin thought I curled my hair. My granny thought I coloured it. My dad believed it was made of real human hair. Long story short, it looks pretty. However, it's quite different from the actual picture--has streaks, is wavy instead of curly, and looks longer--but I'm fine with that. The bangs already look like my actual bangs, so that's a bonus. :3

I ordered this wig on the 14th, it shipped on the 15th, and it got here today! It's beautiful, too; the curls are perfect!

This is my first wig ever so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I'm in love! The fiber is very soft and the shine doesn't look too bad. It's got crazy curls and I'm still getting used to this new style. But my friends and family love it and are fooled thinking it's real hair. It does tangle easily but I guess that's common for synthetic fibers.

I found out about 1 month ago I have Alopecia which is a kind of hair disease which causes me to loose my hair so I have been looking for cheap good wigs. I recieved this wig within 3 days of ordering which was awesome, however I think the wig was a little to curly for me. It seems to be made really well and I did order another wig last night so i'm excited to see how that one will work out!

Recibí la peluca la semana pasada y da mucha sensación de calidad. Es bastante realista. Además se adapta muy bien a la cabeza y eso que no la tengo pequeña...
Lo malo es que la recibí de color negro, cuando aquí se anuncia castaña. También, si el flequillo cae hacia el lado izquierdo (en mi caso), en el lado derecho parece que hay menos volumen de pelo.
Pero en líneas generales está muy bien!
