Return & Replacement

What can I do if I receive the product with quality problem?
  • Products with quality problem(includes transport damaged) in 7 days can be returned and refund.
  • Products with quality problem(includes transport damaged)  in 30 days can be returned and replaced.
  • Products with quality problem (includes transport damaged) in 365 days can be returned and repaired.
Ps:  We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by LightInTheBox. This means that damaged items not caused by LightInTheBox cannot warrant a full refund.

How can I deal with the partial received situation?
If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.

Can I send the product back if I am unsatisfied with it?
We only offer a return service for those items which are factory defective or an incorrect order. Before you place your order, please refer to all of the details in our advertisement.

Shipping & Delivery

How many shipping methods can you offer to us?
a. Standard Shipping:
We usually use EMS to ship the item and it takes about 6-10 business days for delivery. Mostly, all of the products will be shipped out within 2-4 working days after we receive the payment and your contact phone number.
b. Expedited Shipping:
We use Fedex, UPS,  DHL or TNT to ship the item and it takes about 5-8 business days for delivery. Mostly, all of the products will be shipped out within 2-3 working days after we receive the payment and your contact phone number.
c. Air Mail
For air mail, delivery time is between 15 - 20 days for all major destinations. Shipping cost is PRETTY low, although the delivery time is a bit longer. Order tracking and shipping insurance are not available with shipping by Air Mail.

This car MP3 player combine everything needed to transfer on car radio the contents of SD card or USB disk, under very complete remote and display control. This "jewel" is currently on sale. I am pleased to rate 5 stars for this product.

I have purchased this MP3 bluetooth hands free and it is upto the mark what I expected, I feel it is good and I wanted to use this in my car. I am happy to buy from this site and service is tremondous. thanks once again and I am thinking to buy more products now.

I was searching this item since some time, finally I found in this device the all the functionality.
Pros:
- Very simple to use
- Very fast to reconnect to phone
- Voice very clear
Cons:
- Notice to be improved
- Output volume a little lower than expected (maybe my CAR radio, did not test on other)
Highly reccomended

1. Can this item be used as Bluetooth headset to answer the calls hands-free in the CAR?
2. Has it a internal microphone built in?
3. Is the "answer a call" feature present in the Steering Wheel Remote Control?

    Looking at the picture of this car MP3 Player Bluetooth Handsfree FM, I do not see a USB port similar to input/output on a computer. Can I plug in my USB flash drive which has MP3 songs on it into this unit to play my songs, similar to what it will do on a computer?

  • If I connect my smartphone to the USB socket on this device will my phone battery charge.

    If yes, when phone is charging, can I simultaneously play music from phone through FM transmitter, via either the USB charging cable or via bluetooth.

    My phone is a Magneto HD7 dual sim 4.1 inch touchscreen, purchased in December 2011 from Lightinthebox.

    Querria saber si cuando desconectas el aparato del coche se guarda la frecuencia y la cancion por la que esta reproduciendo, es decir, si no hay que sintonizarlo cada vez que lo vas a usar. Gracias

    NO tengo aún mi pedido, el envío del pedido se ha realizado el 24 de Noviembre, ya han pasado 25 días y no tengo el producto. LO NECESITO URGENTE PARA EL DÍA 23 PORQUE ES PARA REGALO.
