I loved this dress SO SO SO MUCH! and so did everyone else! I wore it for my school ball not so long ago, and it was one of the standouts :)
I did not alter the dress at all as im very tall the train look magnificent, I had a size 10 and didnt order altered measurements :)
I reccomend this dress, it made my night so much better with so many compliments :) The dress looks alot better and flows more with some platformed heels :)

I received SO many compliments on this dress! I wore it for my wedding on June 16th which was on a cruise ship. IT WAS PERFECT!!!!!!!!!EVERYONE said i looked like a goddess and believe me, I felt like one. The quality of the dress superceded my expectations. I had trouble with the sizing but customer service made everything right for me. I will definitely buy more dresses from lightinthebox.com. When i first saw this dress on LTB i was in awe! I love the simplicity of the dress, especially ordering it in white! :) I ordered it without the alterations, so it was pretty big on me, which made me disappointed. I then had to get it altered, and it fits perfectly, i left a little train though. The only negative thing about this dress are the sequence and beads, some were falling off and some were loose. But overall, i felt like a goddess! i was getting so many compliments, even after prom! :) IT MADE MY NIGHT :D dont hesitate to order this magnificent dress! :))

For this year New Year's Eve, I had a very formal evening planned in Venice, Italy, (for which I was in the organizing committee, too) and I wanted something stunning to wear. It wasn't my first time buying clothes online, but let's face it: every previous time I had been buying from local retailers and the most daring item had been a pair of jeans which were so cheap I bought in two sizes to make sure. But this was very formal wear. And it was gonna travel all the way from China.
In the end, nudged by my mom, I decided to give LitB a try: it was mid-September, so there was plenty of time for the dress to get here and get altered, if necessary, and the prices here are so competitive that I wouldn't have been thrilled to throw money away, but "the juice was worth the squeez" so to speak.
Gosh, I'm so glad I took this chance!! When the dress finally came, an honest month later, I was astounded by the quality of it: I was expecting much less, in truth. The fit was also very good: it just needed a little twitch in the bust and a correction on the strap-lenght. The train was very, very long, but I was loath to cut from it, in case I'd regret it later, so I had my seamstress put a little fabric hoop on it which I then wore strapped to my bracelet: 30 euros, all in all.
And what a success!! Without any attempt at modesty, I can't deny my dress was the most beautifil that night (it also helps that I was in royal blue, when most women interpret formal wear as black: wear color ladies, and you'll always stand out!!): three months later I still get people complimenting me on it, both live and on FaceBook. And I can't wait for the next occasion in which I might wear this dress again (which is the only drawback: you can't wear such a memorable dress twice in a row!!). =D

I bought this dress in pink for my wedding. It's a beautiful color! I was worried about how the pink would not be a blushing nude pink like my wedding color theme, but it turned out perfectly! It was the EXACT same color as my Mischa Badgley Pink Lacie pump. People thought I bought them together.

Alterations: I took away the train as I did my first dance in it. Tucked in the sparkle belt gradually to narrow it by half of the width (for better proportion). Tighten the two chest flaps. Tucked in the lining at the bottom of the dress.

Reaction: I got millions of compliments on this dress. Wedding guests, my boss's wife, my fellow brides, everyone, all jealous of my fantastic dress... omg... I cannot gush enough. Everyone asked me about the beautiful blush pink dress. Of course I didn't tell them where I got it! haha Well, I initially didn't want to write this review at all because I don't want to share my secret! It's such an amazing dress. At the end I felt that I have to share my amazing experience because the reviews here helped me a lot when I made the purchase.

You don't need any necklace with this dress and it's both sexy, elegant and makes you look taller and thinner. Oh especially when I do any twirling and spinning steps when I dance, it's just beautiful. It's very well made, drapes properly and heavy. Just need a bit of ironing. I bought the standard sizing, no custom made cuz I'm a petite gal and need alternation to fit me regardless. The jewel belt/strap looks great in pictures and in person.

I did pay a lot more for the dress at the end because of import tax (>$50) and alterations (>$100) BUT it was well worth it I wouldn't change a thing.

Perfect beading! Beautiful cut it really is the best dress I have ever owned. Got it as a bridesmaid, it is totally worth it!

Very nice dress! I had to cut the trail because it was quite long and even if it was very elegant it was not adequate to an usual christening party. The color was very nice ( burgundy) but be aware that the dress may not be suitable for summer because it has a lot of layers.

The dress is more beautiful in person and met my expectations beyond my imagination. I will certainly order more dresses in the near future. Thank you so very much, Desiree Hernandez

The dress was amazing.. I got the custom measurements so it fit perfectly and is worth the extra cost. The train was pretty long so that was the only thing I had altered. Other than that it was a really nice dress. Great material and put together very well.
