• I ordered my dress in a size six on May 1st. Do you think it will reach me in NY by the 23rd? =/

• My event is 5/15. If I order this dress will it arrive on time?

  Also - my measurements are 35-271/4-351/2. Do you think I would be okay ordering a size 6 or would I need custom measurements? I usually wear a size 4 - size 6 dress (need the 4 for shoulder base, but a 6 for waist and hips).Thanks!

• if i order the dress and its a little big for me , would it be easy for my seamstress to take it in?

  I have been measured but as i am breast feeding. i am thinking of ordering the dress it little bigger in the normal sizes . so if i lose a little weight by the time of the wedding, could I have it taken in by my seamstress?

  Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inches on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

• Wear shoes for custom measurement?

  I am very short; 4 ft 11 in, and plan to wear heels with this dress. Your tips for measuring height & hollow to floor indicate to not wear shoes. I don't want the dress to be too short. Should I wear the shoes I plan to with the dress during measurements? Thank you.

  Yes, our tailor will cut the dress length exactly according to the hollow to the floor measurement you provide. If you'd like the dress longer to better fit a high heel, just add the length you need on to your hollow to the floor measurement.

  I am 177cm tall, and i would love to have this dress for my year 12 formal next year, I was just wondering how long the train is for a size 10? for most dresses I am a size 10 but when it comes to length of long dresses they don't seem to fit me as they are to short. • I ordered a custom-size dress yesterday, but can I amend the hip measurement I provided?

  I think the measurement I gave for my hips was too small - I measured right on the hip bone, but the widest part is actually a little lower down than that, so I am worried the dress will be too tight.
  I cannot find an option for this kind of thing in 'My Orders' by clicking on the dress details, it only gives the option for things like shipping enquiries, payment enquiries and cancelling the order.
  How can I make this measurement change to my order?
