Exellent cam, it works perfectly during morning/evening.
I suggest it to all person who don't needs a professional cam.
I also upgraded the firmware and now i'm able to use speakers and microphone directly from my iphone.
Really great camera!

The camera works great! I previously ordered this item earlier this year which is why I decided to order from Light In the Box a second time. I was displeased with the ordering process for my second order for this item as it took Light In the Box over five weeks to ship my order. Customer service was slow to respond and I'm less than impressed with the companies online ordering and communications process. All that said this was the best price I could find on the internet for this item. The item has great night vision capability and the remote access through the internet and my cell phone works great!

This camera is brilliant.
For the price, it's amazing. It was so easy to connect it to my router, and just as easy to then access the camera over the net, and also from my Android smart phone.
The motion detection is also a great feature that works a treat. I get automatic emails.
I've just order a few more.

Great Camera for the price, I was Able to watch my cats while away for 2 nights, both day and night from my laptop, Recomended for non HD IP cam + very good picture quality too. Very pleased thanks.

After 1 year this cam continue to work perfectly, it's really fast to take back the wifi signal when the wifi AP restart. Very useful cam

Easy to set up. I was able to get it operating on my LAN with very little effort. I also was able to view the cam from my Iphone. For the price I think it's a good deal.

  • Use of my camera and lighting conditions

    I set my camera to focus on a window in my front door.
    The window area shown on the control panel is too bright to view anyone that comes to my door.
    The camera is at a lower level than the window and so I have used the tilt control upwards.
    Is that a problem or is it some light balancing effect from the camera lens ?
    Any suggestions on how I can get a clear display of my window area please ?

    I use Apple computers, and want to be sure this will be compatible. I see it connects directly to the router, but if I need to update firmware or change settings does the unit need to be connected to a computer, or can all settings and updates be done via router and iPhone controls?

    Also, can I select my own DNS name or is it assigned by the device?

Sorry that it can't work with apple OS. If you want to change the setting, this item needs to be connected with the computer. The DNS is assigned by the device, you can't select your own DNS name.     I require a camera that will connect wirelessly to my router and the only wire to the camera for daily operation is the DC power cable. Does this camera fit the bill please ?
