The item was really nice and in perfect conditions. It was delievered very fast, i was surprised actually. everything great.

Is the chain removable?

I was expecting a "smooth" leatherette bag, but it was actually "patent-leather".

The purse is actually really cute and well made. However, I purchased the red and it's a lot darker than the advertised picture, which is why I gave it a 3 star. That's okay since that's the risk of internet ordering. However, my one complaint is that I ordered it on 4/18/11 and didn't receive the product till 5/3/11. I'm use to receiving faster delivery.

Je viens de recevoir mon sac, et je suis déçue de la couleur, je m'attendais à un rouge lumineux et c'est un marron rouge terne, dommage je voulais l'assortir à mes chaussures rouge vernies c'est fichu.
