A few weeks ago I ordered a LED Wall Mount Thermostatic Chrome Shower Faucet with BodySprays (Chrome Finish) and to date it has cost me a total of £448.45 to receive the arrangement as attached. Which is just an ordinary normal shower with body sprays.
Although this arrangement looks OK. It is not what I ordered and paid for....Could someone please tell me how I can get the correct item?

Well after reading a few of the reviews and then taken advice from one of the reviewers and tested the unit I have and therefore I now realize I do have the correct model (Apologies to everybody at Lightin the box) and it works perfectly and is fantastic and I cannot wait to get everything installed. However a better explaination of how to install everything would be helpful.

Excellent quality or i can say beyond expectation quality and very rapid delivery. The only drawbacks are the lack of a good installation manual!

While I have yet to install the shower faucet, it appears to be very well made and of good quality. I did connect the shower head temporarily and the change in colors when the water is on is beautiful to see.

After shopping around, I am very glad that I came upon this company. The prices cannot be beat anywhere else, and, considering what you get for your money, it is a real bargain! If you are looking for an affordable shower faucet WITH body sprays (this model comes with 6!!!!), do not hesitate to purchase this item. You will not be disappointed.

The only issue I had was that the instructions that were included weren't very clear. However, once I contacted their customer service department, they very rapidly sent me a "link" and I was able to print out more detailed instructions.

I would highly recommend this company and its products.

When I bought this faucet I thought that you have mistaken and send me faucet without led lights. But when I install it I saw the lights. They are very beatifull. Thank you.

I have not installed it yet. So no batteries are required with it. You just install it as is and the lights will come on according to tempertaure. is that what you are saying?

amazing quality, again hand shower is plastic is the only downfall, the body jets are adjustable for optimal position when installed, great product..

In the picture shown does water come out of those sprayers on the side or does just air come out of them.

I need to know how the thermostat is working:
- Is the thermostat digital (electronic) or mechanical?
- If I would like to setup the water temperature to be 40C is that possible?
- How do we set the thermostat? I can't fins any information in these pictures.
- All the knobs (3 pcs.) in the shower picture are round (cylinder) and in parts individual pictures they're not; which picture is the correct one.
- Can you provide better pictures and info about this product?

- The thermostat is mechanical.

- Sorry but this product doesn't setting temperature.

- The knob is the on shown in individual picture.

Do we need a pressure pump for this shower set ??? Or will the water flow nicely with normal piping without any pressure pump ???

  • Using body sprays at the same time as the Shower Head

    Why is that this piece does not all for the body sprays and shower head to be used at the same time while item number 00201582 (which is less expensive) appears to do so? The look very similar and have the same number of knobs etc. Is it that neither one allows you to do that and the answers on the other product page is incorrect? Please let me know asap. Thanks.
