      These shoes although adorable didnt fit my daughter, I had to open a ticket. I thought it was going to be a huge a hassle, but response time was amazing, even with time zone difference!! Loading the required pictures wasn't difficult either..l am very impressed with how the process was taken care of!! I've had LOCAL companies not handle returns or inquiries as quickly!! Very happy.. Custom shoes seem to run a little on the small size, I would look at conversion chart before I order another pair of shoes for my daughter.. Although her foot measures for a 36, I will order her a 39 in the future...

      Very pretty shoe, although sizing is a little smaller than usual. I am delighted with the shoe and the delivery was fast and packaging excellent. I will buy again but suggest one size larger would be appropriate.

      i got these in red. I found that the bows are a little too much, so I had to cut off one layer of bow myself. Now it's pretty :)

      The shoes are beautiful and so cute! I ordered the red ones and the colour and make is exaaactly the same as in the pictures of the website.
      The size does run small as I'm an 8.5-9 and I ordered a 9, which is pretty tight, so I would recommend going and entire size bigger than your actual size.
      They're really light and pretty.
