A: A: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your Made-to-Measure wrap to arrive. Each wrap must be tailored before it can be shipped to you, so delivery times are slightly longer for these special items. For full details, see our shipping information
Q: Can I return or cancel the wrap if I change my mind?
A:Once we've begun tailoring, our fabrics and materials cannot be reused, and so a special cancellation and return policy applies to these special items. Q: Can I order this wrap in a different style/fabric/length?
A:Each wrap is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way. I orderd this jacket to match a dress so a wedding I paid the extra for custom fit well worth the extra few dollars. The material is high quality and so is the workmanship. The only thing was I needed to get the garments drycleaned, because of creasing when they are boxed for shipping, but this is unavoidable, because they have to be packed dont they? I tried hanging them out of a few days, even put them in a steamy bathroom but that didnt help. overall excellent value for money for a one of a kind outfit. No one will look like me at the wedding!
