A: A: Please allow 9-16 business days for your Made-to-Measure wrap to arrive. Each wrap must be tailored before it can be shipped to you, so delivery times are slightly longer for these special items. For full details, see our shipping information
Q: Can I return or cancel the wrap if I change my mind?
A:Once we've begun tailoring, our fabrics and materials cannot be reused, and so a special cancellation and return policy applies to these special items. There is still flexibility to return or cancel in certain situations, but it's important to order carefully. See our Return and Cancelation Policy for full details.
Q: Can I order this wrap in a different style/fabric/length?
A:Each wrap is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way. Q: Will my wrap exactly match the color I see on your website?

My experience was excellent with Light in the box. The jacket was good quality and was packed in a pretty box.
I ordered
a specific size instead of custom., and was pleased with the fit.
Some comments suggested that the sizes run small, so I took that under consideration.
Thee jacket was shipped within 10 days and I was very pleased.
At the wedding I received many compliments.
I will definitely order from Light in the box again.

This is a beautiful drape jacket. The only disappointment is that it would be nice if some how you could build the outfit and see everything together on a model before ordering or I would have ordered a different color for the purpose of which I bought it for. But it is absolutely beautiful and will look forward to wearing it for a different event.

Was very pleased with this jacket.
Quality was better than I expected for the price. The cut is very well perportioned and I matched my dress perfectly. The reliefs cut into the forearms of the jacket are a wonderful touch. They give you the elegance of the extra long sleeve but allows freedom of movement and sort of drap out of the way when using your hands. Gives a very sexy look and a slendering effect to your arms and shoulders. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for this garment. Got much more than I expected for the price i paid. Shipping was fast too.

Q: length of the jacket/custom mesurements Hi! I wonder the length of the jacket from the neck to the end of the fabric at the back? Is it for example 35 cm, 40 cm 45 cm or more/less? I have been reading some of the reviews and saw that some was speaking about making custom measurements for the jacket. I wonder if one can do custom measurements for the jacket, if one can I am supposed to send the measurements by mail ? becuase I am sorry I can not see anywhere to write it when I am making the order. Q: Does this jacket match my dress? I recently ordered the EMPIRE-STRAPLESS FLOOR LENGTH ELASTIC-SILK LIKE SATIN BRIDESMAID PARTY DRESS in watermelon colour size 6. I have three questions: 1) Would this jacket in watermelon match the dress in terms of colour, fabric and shape? 2) I have quite long arms. I usually have problems with the sleeves when buying jackets or coats. What size should I order? 3) The delivery time for my dress is on the 17th of November (UK) . 1) The jacket is made in satin and chiffon, and the dress is made in silk-like-satin. So the color might differ a little from different fabrics. But it would still be good match:)
2) Please compare your own measurements to those in our wraps size chart [link to http://www.lightinthebox.com/html/All-You-Need-To-Know.html?tab=2] to determine which size will fit you best.
3) We will need a tailoring period of 7-9 working days and shipping time of 3-8 days. So the wrap would be delivered a couple of days later than your dress.

Wir würden Ihnen diese Kombination nicht empfehlen, mindestens tragen Sie diese Jacke bitte nicht in Weiß. Das Kleid OLESIA ist nicht sehr anpassend für jeglichen Bolero. Ein Schal aus Chiffon würde da besser anpassen.
