I purschased this phone several months ago an just figured out that I was missing the memory. I wrote back to customer service explained the delimea and expressed that I thought I had requested the memory and recieved an extra battery instead. In any case once my request was received and understood not only did they agree to correct the problem the agreed to ship it free after I had owned the phone for several months. The phone is not bad for the price but the service assuming the follow up happens as they say was well worth the transaction.
Hola, Buenos días!!!!! Quisiera saber si el móvil es libre o sólo es compatible para ciertas compañías.... A mi me interesa que sirva para Yoigo. Y otra cosa, ¿cuál sería el importe total de la factura contando con los gastos de envío? Vivo en Gran Canaria....
