A:The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 17-22 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the Tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.
A:Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.
A:Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.

I received my dress and LOVE it. I was a Iittle worried about ordering online and my measurements because I have a large frame. I must say I have received the BEST customer service with Light in the Box! I would and I have recommended them to family & friends. I will upload a picture of my dress and I will be sure to add more of the wedding!
