This are my first brushes I got and I am really satisfied with them. They are great for beginners. The set includes 18 brushes; brushes for blush, powder, many for eye shadows, eye liner and so on. Everything I need is in this set. And the pouch is really good so I can always have my brushes organized very well and it's also really stylish.

When I got my set, it too smelled a little funny. But that is only because of the packaging plastic and the leather pouch . Once you take it out the smell goes away !: By j-p_dagenais Sep 10, 2012

Great brushes! So soft, and such a wide variety for a great price! There was a vague plastic smell about the leather pouch but it faded within a day. The odd brush has had a few loose hairs but for the most part they are simply fantastic and a truly wonderful purchase!

Half of them are synthetic brush and the other half are animal brush.
They're really soft and they pick up a lot of the mineral.
The only thing that bugs me a lot, is the don't name the brushes AND the leather pouch felt greasy and smelled bad. But later on, the smell will go away.
Some of the brushes, mostly the animal brushes, the hair falls when you use it, but that doesn't bug me that much.
Also, it can be easily be cleaned, so I'm happy with that.
