I bought this item on december 2010 and i've learned a lot with it, it has worked excelent! but i use disposable grips (the plastic ones). Well, check this pictures of my tattoos (hey, this photos are real, i took them after making the tattoos, and all tattoos was maded with this tattoo kit)

I was given the Professional Tattoo Machine Kits Completed Set With 4 Tattoo Machine Guns as a birthday gift, and let me just say that initially I had a very hard time with it. The product was missing items (LED light, steel tips, etc.) and once they were received and I began trying the product, then some of items did not work properly such as the power supply box and the cord. However, if the equipment was missing or damaged the company replaced it without question.
The customer service was awesome and they immediately replaced missing or broken products in a reasonable amount of time given the products were coming from China and took up to 3-weeks to arrive, and they were extremely professional, prompt, and helpful in their email communications. Also, they made every effort to make sure that I was happy and once I began using my kit, I was overwhelmed with joy.
The tattoo kit that my girlfriend gave me for my birthday was the absolute best gift. Once you get the feel of the equipment and the hang of the products your boundaries can become endless. You can do anything from beginner tattoos, to cover-ups, etc. and people will come back for more.
I started tattooing to fix the ones that I have and it turned out that I found a hidden talent within. People are calling me all the time now to tattoo on them, and I say, if you can draw then you can tattoo. All and all company products and this tattoo kit was a great way to get started on something that is fast becoming a hobby and fun, fun, fun.
I would highly recommend the tattoo kit and suggest that if you encounter similar problems as I did, then just be patient and trust that the company will work towards making your experience with them and their product a good one.

P.S. The inks do not stay on very long so you'll have to buy new ink or upgrade your ink in order to get a quality tattoo produced.

For beginers is very good, you can learn a lot with this kit, have everything you need, I bought it some months ago and now im working in a tattoo studio.

WOW I went online to look for a tattoo starter kits and light in the box pop up I clicked on of course and saw a tattoo starter kit with 4 guns and everything to get it started with it was the best thing I could have done and that ain't the best part light in the box
told me it would take 15 to 30 days and it only took 15 thank you light in the box :)

I recieved the product very quickly, and the product came with everything need; at a great price. My gurl was very happy. She's still used it with no problems. It's been almost a year now. The quality of the product is beyond my expectation.

well, I have to say the inks on the kit are really bad, i recomend you to use other brand, and vegetal ones..

I bough this kit for my wife and I to get into this amazing art, and this kit is great for that, even when we hat the light fail, after contacting customer service, they where quick to send a replacement, the instructional CD with tattoo designs was another piece that I couldn't get to work, another one was shipped out to me. On the down side the box is a little flimsy, but dose the job if you are gentle with it. Overall for this price you can't get better. Thanks Light in the box!

This tattoo machine is Made in which country and what is Brand name?? Is it durable? or you suggest any other even high price??

After an initial worry that the kit wouldn't arrive in time for my sister birthday due to a delay on the shipping process, for some reason the date was changed and the product arrived much faster than i expected. Everything in very good condition and Lightinthebox certainly gained my trust. Thank you.
