I received these very quickly and am delighted with the purchase. The sandals look lovely and are well made. I'm a UK size 5, European size 38, and would say they're slightly bigger than the standard sizing, though not horribly so - I've stuck in a pair of "Party Feet" half insoles and they now feel fine. I was slightly concerned about the heel height as I don't usually go above a 3-inch heel, but the platform and secure ankle strap make them extremely comfortable. Can't wait to wear them at my friend's wedding!

I had no hidden fees and my package arrived quickly with no damage and no problems. I would have liked to have the option to have my package delivered and left without a signature. It would be nice to have an option to choose this method for delivery upon ordering, but that is a minor detail that would not stop me from ordering again.

I have my daughters wedding coming up in Feb and time is really of the escence so i found a fabulous frock and heels on this site and ordered them, not knowing what to expect as i have never really shopped online much before, but to my surprise it was a fabulous experience!!!! I thought that i may have to have some alterations done to the frock but nothing that was the fault of the company, well this company could not do enough for me, they offered all sorts of solutions and where in contact every day until i decided what to do. They were so helpful and courteous, i tell you i have not recieved this kind of custmer service since 1982!!! I have very small feet for my age and always found it difficult to buy shoes in my size. Im getting married next year and found buying the perfect shoes was going to be a challenge. However I had came across light in the box and found my perfect wedding shoes. When they arrived they were better than I expected, then horror struck they didnt fit eventhough I had given the size shoes I usually wear. I applied for exchange for smaller size I really thought I was unable to have these shoes in an even smaller size but costumer services were very helpful and very kind who had sent me another pair of shoes straight away and they fit perfectly. However my Fiance is not not pleased with the site as now I have found a great site to buy shoes to fit I can buy a lot more shoes. I recomend anybody to buy products from this company the quality of goods and customer services are great. I bought these lovely shoes for my July 2012 wedding. When I asked via chat help which size to order because there are no half sizes, I was advised to order the next size up. Although the shoes arrived quickly I was disapointed. The packaging was terrible, the shoes were smashed, entirely too big and the straps were too long, I couldn't walk in them. I contacted customer service right away and sent the same pictures I posted here. They resolved the matter quickly and apologized for the misleading advise of chat rep. I was awarded a total refund, an apology, and was able to keep the shoes too! Luckily my maid of honor can fit the shoes, so they won't go to waste. I will order from this site again.

I'm getting these shoes in silver, I'm my cousin's maid of honor in September. I lived in Europe and I always wore a 37 or 37.5, I wear a 6-6 1/2 in US sizes, if I get a 37 can I exchange it for a 38 if need be?
