I bought this dress "Made to measure" for my son's girlfriend for their Prom. I had it done in black sequins. I added two inches to her "hollow" measurement as she wanted the dress a little longer in the front. This dress was a perfect fit! It did take the full amount of time as stated for tailoring and shipping but was here in time for Prom and needed no alteration what so ever. It was stunning on her and the quality was exceptional. We tried on dresses at Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus in the 800.00-900.00 range, I was so pleased that the quality of this dress easily rivaled those higher priced dresses and it was under 300.00 delivered! I will definately order from this site again. But allow yourself plenty of time, I ordered this in March and got it in April 3 days before Prom which caused a little anxiety but all that went by the wayside once we got it and saw how beautifully done it was! Thank you Light In The Box, you saved me 600.00 and delivered a beautiful dress that can be worn for years to come!

This dress is serious red carpet material! Got tons of compliments on it. Ordered size 12, Black. Only complaint would be that some of the sequins around the top and arm can scratch. Otherwise a fabulous dress!

If you'd like the dress longer to better fit a high heel, just add the length you need on to your hollow to the floor measurement (e.g. if you'd like to wear 12cm heels, just add 7cm to your hollow to floor length).
