Q:How far in advance should I order my dress?
A:The tailoring time for wedding dresses is 17-22 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Check the Tailoring time noted on the dress’s product page when planning your order. Please allow another 3-8 business days for shipping.
Q:Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A:Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our Cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully.
Q:Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?

I am *so pleased* with this dress. I ordered it on 1/5/12 and was given a 1/24/12 ship date. It shipped the day after and I received it 1/31/12. Although I don't necessarily *love* how it looks on me, it is exact in terms of the measurements I gave and workmanship. It's a very pretty material and looks exactly as pictured (perhaps a more "ivory" than what you're seeing in the picture). Great job, Lightinthebox, I was skeptical because of some bad reviews I found, but you totally pulled through and I will recommend you.

I bought this dress for my legal ceremony here in the states (before getting married overseas.) I was really nervous about ordering from a company I'm not familiar with, but I'm very pleased with the results. I received my order within 2 weeks of placing it, and the dress is very well made. The picture doesn't do it justice! It flares out at the waist more than the one pictured, which makes you look slimmer. The fabric is very good quality, even if it's cut a little unevenly at the bottom. (No problem, I was planning to shorten it anyway). Overall, it was an awesome purchase. I highly recommend it! Only issue: be prepared to pay about $20 to the UPS driver for "brokerage charges" because it's shipped overseas.

I am thinking about ordering this dress in ivory or champagne, and I was just wondering if the polka dot overlay will also match this selection, or if it will be the white dot overlay over ivory/champagne fabric. I think it could look nice either way, but I am just curious. Thanks!
