Lining and boning
All our dresses are fully lined and structured to hold their shape and flatter your figure. Our full-skirted dresses use a hard net lining underneath a soft fabric that feels comfortable against the skin.

A: The tailoring time for most special occasion and wedding party dresses is 15-19 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Tailoring times are noted on each dress’s product page. Shipping time is 3-8 business days.
A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.
A: Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photo, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.
A: There might be a slight difference between the actual dress’s color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor’s display settings.

I am going to wear this dress in pink for my brother's wedding. I had it custom made, so I was happy to wait for a bit more than a month to get it (in Switzerland). The color is just as I wished it to be and the quality of the dress is fantastic. So, I am very pleased with that.
However, I had not expected the built-in bra to be so big (especially, as I had submitted my measures). Unfortunately, it would be very difficult to remove it without damaging the dress. So, I will have to live with that, which is acceptable.
Less acceptable for me is the fact that the value of the dress was not declared on the delivery note. Therefore, Swiss customs had to contact me. In the end, I was charged a much higher fee because of their efforts. I cannot understand why the value is not written. I would have saved much time and money.
