A: The tailoring time for most special occasion and wedding party dresses is 15-19 business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Tailoring times are noted on each dress’s product page. Shipping time is 3-8 business days.
A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.

This was the first time ever buying a dress online, and the first time using this website. I was a bit skeptical but it turned out perfect! I bought this dress for my yr 12 Ball (Jan 2012). It was just like how it had been described above and looked absolutely amazing on the night. I defiantly recommend getting it custom sized because I ordered a size 2 and I was too small for it (My torso is a bit shorter, so the dip on the hip was altered and made less steeper) Also be a bit careful with the chains as the thread that holds them against the dress is weak. However do not worry, this is easily fixed if this does happen and it wasn't noticeable for me. The customer service was great and lightinthebox tracked the order which you could be notified about it's whereabouts.
All in all, this is an amazing dress and looks beautiful on anyone as you can tell from the previous reviews. Thank you very much!

Hi, I got this dress for my formal last year it was stunning I got it in black and it had so many complements every thing was fine. I had to get a few adjustments but I do have a funny body shape and at the prices of the dresses my mum was more then willing to pay for it. even though it is backless it comes with a built in bra but I think I was pushing it with my cup size. I personally wouldn't go bigger then a D or DD so yer :) here are some photos

When i first saw this website it didn't take me long to find this dress and fall in love with it. And I am very picky when it comes to this kind of stuff, espessially since I was looking for a Grad dress. I wanted to order it so bad but i was unsure if it would turn out to be a scam or not. But it wasn't! I ordered it and it came the exact day it estimated to come. And i was also scared it wouldn't fit because i had to messure it all myself, but once i tried it on it fit perfectly, no alterations are needed! If I was to order this dress in size 2 (as opposed to doing the custom measurements) would it arrive any earlier? or would it take just as long to ship ether way?

Since I am short (5 feet tall) im a little leary that the open side on this dress will come down to low. if I get it custom fit will that do anything to help it? I really love the look of this dress and want to get it for my prom, but dont want to do major altorations once i recieve the dress in order to get the opening at the appropriate spot if I did the costom fiting thing, Thanks

Volevo chiedere se pago se la mia richiesta è andata in porto .....e poi non so se ho un codice sconto perchè dato che sono stata tanto male ho dovuto leggere la posta a casa di 6800 mail e spesso è comparso il Vostro nome, potete verificare se ho questo sconto o no?anche perchè le spese sono tante alla fine vengo a patare il vestito ayana ca. 200 €.
