This was the first time ever buying a dress online, and the first time using this website. I was a bit skeptical but it turned out perfect! I bought this dress for my yr 12 Ball (Jan 2012). It was just like how it had been described above and looked absolutely amazing on the night. I defiantly recommend getting it custom sized because I ordered a size 2 and I was too small for it (My torso is a bit shorter, so the dip on the hip was altered and made less steeper) Also be a bit careful with the chains as the thread that holds them against the dress is weak. However do not worry, this is easily fixed if this does happen and it wasn't noticeable for me. The customer service was great and lightinthebox tracked the order which you could be notified about it's whereabouts.

All in all, this is an amazing dress and looks beautiful on anyone as you can tell from the previous reviews. Thank you very much!

Hi, I got this dress for my formal last year it was stunning I got it in black and it had so many complements every thing was fine. I had to get a few adjustments but I do have a funny body shape and at the prices of the dresses my mum was more then willing to pay for it. even though it is backless it comes with a built in bra but I think I was pushing it with my cup size. I personally wouldn't go bigger then a D or DD so yer :) here are some photos

When i first saw this website it didn't take me long to find this dress and fall in love with it. And I am very picky when it comes to this kind of stuff, espessially since I was looking for a Grad dress. I wanted to order it so bad but i was unsure if it would turn out to be a scam or not. But it wasn't! I ordered it and it came the exact day it estimated to come. And i was also scared it wouldn't fit because i had to messure it all myself, but once i tried it on it fit perfectly, no alterations are needed! I just recently purchased this beautiful dress for my daughter for her celebration of life sweet 16 EXTRAVAGANZA .The doctors said she was not going to make it to the age 16 yrs., old an here we are two yrs., later an I put my trust in LIGHT IN THE BOX to help make this happen needless to say they came through and delivered the dress on time and a day early. I ordered this dress mid Dec and received it 7 days later (I am in New Zealand), which was great as it was a Christmas gift for one of my best friends! It arrived beautifully packaged and I couldn't wait to open it. It looked exactly like the dress on the website. The chain detail was beautifully done, not cheap looking at all.
My friend was so excited when she opened her present. She just loves white. The dress fitted her like a glove(size 2) and even though it is slightly revealing it is very beautiful on the body and the back of the dress is just gorgeous. She will have to alter the lenght & adjust some of the chain detail as she is short but fortunately she has an amazing seamstress. I was impressed with the quality of this dress and the speedy delivery. Light in the box is saved on my favourites bar and I regularly browse to see what's new and what I might have overlooked!
